What will be your price-Generally, real estate agents charge a percentage from either the seller or buyer, they represent. A listing agent may charge more.
What happens if I am not satisfied with your services-If, after a certain period, I realise you are not good enough for my needs, will you cancel the agreement? What is your company's policy about cancelled agreements? Last, but not the least, why you think I am going to choose you-A good agent will not hesitate to answer this.
